What is finally moreover surprising in the behavior of the West towards the State of Israel and towards the Jews in general is that nothing is new. Not even the blindness in front of the inanity of all these delirious behaviors by their pretentious claim to give us lessons in wearing the tinsels of so called “morality”.

All these deviances were described, explained, denounced and clarified for a long time for what they are: at best, a beam in eye of who claims to denounce a straw in that of the neighbor, and in the worst case ,an irrepressible death pulse, whose Jews should necessarily make the expenses. The whole, on the background of human and identity catastrophe and collapse of scale of values of the West which finds itself disaggregated by the Islam on its own territory.
Among the most unbearable topics that the media and the “elites” of the Western countries handle again against Israel, the “colonies” appear in good place.

Such an amount of historical lie, negation of legal provisions, ignorance and insincerity and will to harm, is needed , to dare to question to our country the right to build buildings intended for dwelling of Jews citizens to Judaea and Samaria, heart of the historical fatherland of the people of’ Israel, wherefrom we draw even our name (“Jewish, Jew, 'Juif', 'Jude' are terms resulting from the word: “Judeans”, inhabitants of Judaea), one needs such a voluntary complicity with the plots and rewriting the history imposed by the Arab-Moslem World on blow of petrodollars and intimidations, that if that were not so sad, it would be better in laughing.
Great Britain, France, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and some others, have all be colonial powers which controlled, for some, whole continents, plundering their resources, misusing the work of colonized, thus causing an illegitimate sorrow with alienated men for centuries, over which was founded until today a good part of their richness.

From the Arab side, the “Jihad”, which materializes the continuous political expansion of Islam, and the setting in slavery of conquered people never needed to be justified, like the colonial Occident, by a “contribution to civilization”. The political domination of Islam would find its justification for theological reasons, and elsewhere the concerning countries of this sphere never hesitated, until to date, to seize immense territories and to control and plunder their populations. The fact that this is not called “colonialism” rises from a language abuse or rather of a racist vision of history.

During this time, the People of Israel did not lay out even one square centimeter of his small fatherland, although he never forgot it and it remained the center of its liturgical and religious life. As a matter of fact, the Jews always clung to their ancient ground, and the perennial stay of the Jewish settlement on the Land of Israel proves it enough, but their sovereignty had been withdrawn from them.

However the western countries are still, in many cases, colonial powers of which some have colonial territories representing, from the surface point of view, several times the State of Israel all disputed territories included !
The French Guiana only, with its 83000 km2 represents three times Israel, Judaea, Samaria, Golan and Gaza included! Without any account taken regarding New Caledonia, neither Polynesia, neither the Antilles, nor Corsica … Has ever anyone thought that any “international opinion” was to limit the construction intended for the French in these colonial territories? Or the constructions intended for the British citizens in “their” archipelagoes of the Pacific or Atlantic or that intended for the American citizens at Porto-Rico, Hawaii or Guam?
The essential difference does not reside only in this denial of elementary justice, (of which right does one dare to claim that our “colonies” would be less “moral” that those of the others)? But moreover, it is important to stress that the Jewish “colonies” in Judaea, are not colonies! The Jews are in the Land of Israel the natives! During centuries, on several occasions and in spite of persecutions, the Jews remained or became again a majority in their country. Arab population started there to grow significantly when the Return of the Jews took a massive turn at the end of the nineteenth century, creating hearths of development which attracted certain Arab populations of the adjoining countries.
The only document to be taken into consideration in terms of international law in the area concerning sovereignty on mandatory Palestine is the Balfour Declaration endorsed by the Treaty of Lausanne of 1923 under the auspices of the of the Nations. However, this document which constitutes finally a recognition, even partial, by the "Nations Society", of the inalienable rights of the People of Israel on his historical fatherland, after the dismemberment of Ottoman Turkish empire, intends all mandatory Palestine, on two banks of the Jordan to the free return of the Jews in their fatherland. I.e. the current Jordanian territory, that of Judaea and Samaria, Gaza and the Israeli territory all were included in all legality in the plan of re-establishment and rebirth of the People of Israel in his fatherland.

It should be stressed that since, the only legal document which modifies this situation is the peace treaty between Israel and the Kingdom of Jordan. Since the Arab refusal left the agreements of 1949 and 1967, after the attempts of eradication of Israel by the united Arab armies, to the state of simple cease-fire agreements, legally, Judea and Samaria, like Gaza, which are not mentioned, in the Israel-Jordanian treaty, remain open to the free establishment of the Jews. The lies thousand times repeated according to which the cities and Jewish villages of Judaea, Samaria and Gaza would violate the international law remain pure propaganda and have not any legal basis.
Admittedly, the too famous “Oslo Agreements” could imply that Judaea, Samaria and the area of Gaza could evolve to a mode of Arab autonomy. But nothing in its provisions, limits the right of establishment of the Jews in these territories.

However, for sixteen years, force has been to note that these “agreements” which do not have the characteristics or the criteria of an international treaty, are a complete failure. Their objective was to obtain a political stabilization and an improvement of the standard of living of the Palestinian Arab populations supposed to allow a final political agreement then. Within this framework, the Palestinian Authority received from donor countries, for three million people, the sums higher in value than the whole of the funds mobilized by the Marshall plan after the second world war to allow (successfully) the raising of Western Europe.
And yet these considerable sums either have flown on numbered Swiss accounts for the profit of the Fatah oligarchy, or were used to constitute a colossal arsenal and to finance a large scale terrorist war directed against the State of Israel and its peaceful citizens. In place of increasing the standard of living of the Palestinian Arabs, it dropped considerably! The enormous injustice made to the Israeli citizens of the area of Gaza driven out their houses, of their fields, their shops built by their own hands in all legality, supposedly “for peace”, was paid in return by the Arab Palestinians by myriads of shootings of missiles and rockets on the Israeli urban centers.

Under these conditions, in the light of obvious facts, to continue to claim that Israel would have any obligation to give up the parts of its historical fatherland released in June 1967, at the time of’ a war of survival, and to start, to freeze its constructions in these areas, is beyond the bad faith and confines with delirium. The fact that there is in Israel people stripped enough of elementary morals or of political vision to be made the lackeys of the anti-Semites of any kind, could not astonish us: treason can always have its charms under all the climates and among all people.

However nobody should be misleads there. A vast majority of Israelis understood that the boastings bleating “for peace” were cause of war. It is high time that the Israeli internal policy as well as external one shall be based on concrete experiment and the defense of national interest understood in a rational way and never again on pledged doubtful ideologies of a changeable and timorous Occident, always tempted to present the note to the Jews.

The Jewish Tradition sees the Occident as a solar civilization, at the rhythm of its calendar, Israel being by opposition civilization of a lunar-solar type, whose time is measured with the cycle of the moon. King Solomon, by declaring that there is “nothing new under the sun”, wanted to mean that Greek civilization, mother of Occident, as the solar cycle, is an eternal restarting, the same causes producing the same historical effects without hope of revival. For the Hebraic sensitivity, on the contrary, the lunar cycle is each month, the occasion of a new departure, a new chance. All occurs like if so major hatred of Israel so deep in Occident since centuries, one moment eclipsed by the shame of Shoa, became again, even buckled, even camouflaged, even unrecognized, the major topic, even the secret engine of millions of men. Let's hope that we find the force to prove to the face of the world that this time of History is finished and that no one will treat us ever again as passive objects of their mortifier phantasms.
